A woman from New Castle Indiana died in a head-on collision in the afternoon of June 25, 2020.  The collision occurred on the 2600 block of south state road 103.  Investigating officers arrived at the site of the collision and found three people with critical injuries, all three transported by medical helicopter to hospitals in Indianapolis.  The police believe that a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling southbound on state road 103 when she drove her car left of center into the northbound lane of state road 103, striking a northbound 2014 Chrysler 200.  The driver of the Chrysler later died at an Indianapolis area hospital as a result of her injuries.  The collision closed down state road 103 for over three hours.

No driver should have to worry about another driver suddenly entering their lane of travel.  For whatever reason, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, or mechanical issues, collisions caused by unsafe lane movement are still common and can be potentially lethal for any party involved.  If you or someone you know has been injured or killed in a car accident, please contact the experienced legal team at Schiller Law Offices at 888-578-3100 or at IndyInjured.com to learn more about your potential right to compensation.
