On Christmas Eve, the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will be tracking the movements of Santa Claus throughout the State of Indiana during his stops within each of INDOT’s six regional districts. Santa will begin his travels through the state by starting near Santa Claus, Indiana, at 4:00 p.m. and continue throughout the state visiting various important landmarks until reaching the LaPorte District. Tracking of Santa will be through each INDOT district’s social media sites, and the public is encouraged to attend. To promote safe travels during the holiday season, at each landmark and stop Santa will be providing important travel and safety information to motorists to prevent auto collisions and other preventable injuries during the holidays. To learn more about these events please visit the INDOT website at https://www.in.gov/indot/
Although Indiana has faced an unusually mild winter so far, it is still important to stay alert and properly observe and respond to surrounding traffic. Even with clear and dry road conditions, automobile collisions may occur, and if you or a loved one are injured due the negligence of another, please contact Schiller Law at 888-578-2100 or on the web at IndyInjured.com for a free consultation and case evaluation.
We at Schiller encourage you to enjoy the season and drive responsibly. Happy Holidays!
